针对贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄产业发展中存在的水肥利用率低下等问题,通过田间试验研究水肥耦合对酿酒葡萄生长发育及品质的影响。结果表明:灌水4950 m3/hm2,施肥960 kg/hm2能显著增加新梢长、粒径和果穗长。灌水6450 m3/hm2,施肥960 kg/hm2能显著增加副梢长、NDVI 值、SPAD 值,并显著提高株高、单粒重和产量。灌水4950 m3/hm2,施肥960 kg/hm2能显著增加叶片鲜干比、叶柄鲜干比,该方案下水分有效利用率、气孔导度、光合速率及蒸腾速率最高。灌水4950 m3/hm2,施肥720 kg/hm2能显著促进果实膨大,提升了糖酸比,但对可溶性糖、单宁、花色苷及总酚等品质因素影响不显著。总之,在施肥960 kg/hm2时,以4950 m3/hm2为基础,增加灌水量促进了养分吸收,改善了树体长势。灌水4950 m3/hm2,施肥720 kg/hm2提升了糖酸比,改善了果实品质。
Aiming at the problems of low water and fertilize use efficiency in the development process of wine grape industry in East-ern foot of Helan Mountain of Ningxia,the effects of water and fertilizer coupling on the growth and quality of wine grapes are stud-ied through field trials.The results show that the treatment of irrigation amount of 4 950 m3/hm2 and fertilizer of 960 kg/hm2 can significantly promote grape shoots,diameter and ear length;the treatment of irrigation of 6 450 m3/hm2 and fertilizer of 960 kg/hm2 can significantly promote side branches,NDVI,SPAD,and remarkably improve height,weight of single grape and yields. The treatment of irrigation of 4 950 m3/hm2 and fertilizer of 960 kg/hm2 can not only significantly enhance the ratio of fresh and dry leaves,the ratio of fresh and dry petiole,photosynthetic rate most,but also get the highest WUE,C,Pn and E.The treatment of irrigation of 4 950 m3/hm2 and fertilizer of 720 kg/hm2 can significantly promote fruit enlargement and enhance the sugar-acid ratio, but not has no significant effect on soluble sugars,tannins,anthocyanins and total phenols.In a word,when the fertilizer amount is 960 kg/hm2 ,on the basis of 4 950 m3/hm2 irrigation amount,increasing irrigation amount can promote nutrient absorption and tree growing.The treatment of irrigation amount of 4 950 m3/hm2 and fertilizer amount of 720 kg/hm2 can enhance the sugar-acid ratio and fruit quality.
