目的:探讨通过有效的管理手段,建立起一种有责任、有激励、有约束、有竞争、有活力的适应现代化医院洗衣房管理的运行模式。方法:对洗衣房的现状进行全面的调研,用前后对照分析的方法:对过往资料和现场工作质量、效率进行分组调查分析、核实论证后,设定产量耗时标准,套入计件工时。同时完善制度,建立领班、班长,主管领导的层级管理体制。结果:实施计件工时管理后实际耗时下降,在岗人员减少,员工人均收入提高,洗衣房员工工资总支出下降,同时降低隐性风险,节省了隐性成本。结论:实现了多劳多得、奖勤罚懒,调动了员工工作主动性,达到了增效、降耗、节能、提高工作效率和员工收入的目的。
The purpose of the writers is to investigate an effective management method and establish the operating model with duty, motivation, restriction, competition and vigor suitable for the laundries in modern hospitals. They made an overall survey on the current situations in the laundries by cross reference analytical method, performed group survey and analysis, verification and demonstration on the past materials, the site-working quality and efficiency, then set timeconsuming standards of the output and applied mechanically the piece work hour.
