通过乳液储存稳定性观察、粒径分布测试,考察了阴/非离子表面活性剂中复配体系浓度、乳化剂的添加方式、乳化方法以及阴/非离子表面活性剂的配比对甲苯/水的水包油(O/W)乳液粒径的影响.当壬基酚聚氧乙烯(4)醚(TX-4)与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)复配质量比为3:7,乳化剂总质量分数为5%,乳化剂的添加方式为将亲水亲油的乳化剂分别溶解在水和油中,然后将油相逐滴加入到水相中进行乳化,乳化方法采用超声功率400W,时间为15min时,可以得到粒径为0.72μm的O/W型乳液,该乳液粒径分布和稳定机理符合奥氏熟化效应.
The particle size distribution and the stability of toluene in water (O/W) emulsions were investigated by the variation of emulsifier concentration, addition pattern, emulsification method and emulsifier composition. Six nonionic surfactants and one anionic surfactant were employed to select the optimum composition of the binary system. The optimal composition is TX-4 and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) at the ratio of 3 : 7, concentration of 5 %, surfactants respectively dissolved in water and oil before emulsification and emulsified by ultraphonic with 400 W, 10 min. The relationship between emulsion particle size and the stability time obeys to Ostwald ripening effect.
