应用固体物理理论和方法,探讨了碱金属(锂、钠、钾、铷、铯)、石墨烯以及碱金属基外延石墨烯的态密度,进一步得出碱金属基底和吸附强弱对外延石墨烯态密度的影响。结果表明:碱金属基底、单层石墨烯、碱金属基外延石墨烯的态密度曲线均相对于能量x=0对称,但变化情况不同;碱金属基底的态密度和碱金属基外延石墨烯的态密度的极大值均随原子序数的增加而增大;碱金属基吸附石墨烯越强,金属基外延石墨烯的电子出现较大能量的概率以及电子最可几能量越小(铯元素除外)。
The alkali metal(Li,Na,K,Rb,Cs),graphene and alkali metal base epitaxial graphene density of states were discussed by using the theory and method of solid state physics.In addition,the influence of alkali metal substrate materials and adsorption strength on the epitaxial graphene density of states was evaluated.The results indicate that the alkali metal substrate,single-layer graphene and all kinds of alkali metal base epitaxial graphene density of states curves are symmetrical about energy x=0,but the change is different.Furthermore,the maximum value of alkali metal substrate and alkali metal base epitaxial graphene density of states are increased with increasing atomic number.The stronger the alkali metal substrate adsorbed graphene,the smaller the possibility of large energy electrons appears in graphene and the most probable energy(except for Cs).
