工控组态软件 MCGS (Monitor and ControI Generated System)能够提供友好的人机交互界面以及强大的通讯功能,但是计算能力不强,很难实现一些复杂的控制策略。运用 MatIab 和 VB 的跨平台编程技术来开发控制策略;在 MAT-LAB 中编写模糊自适应 PID 算法并生成 COM 组件;在 VB 集成开发环境中调用该组件;通过接口程序嵌入 MCGS 组态软件中。实现了对过程工业对象锅炉温度的智能控制算法、现场信号和监控之间的有机结合,系统控制质量明显提高。
The industriaI controI configuration software MCGS is not strong in computing power,and it is difficuIt to use some compIex controI strategies.In this paper,the controI strategies are deveIoped by using trans-pIatform programming technoIo-gy with the combination of MatIab and VB.The fuzzy adaptive PID aIgorithm is written in MATLAB and generated a COM component,then caI the component in VB integrated deveIopment environment.FinaI y,it is embedded to MCGS configuration software through the interface program.
