由于手性化合物尤其是手性药物的两个对映体具有不同的化学性质和生理活性,对手性化合物进行分离在医药、牛物、食品和环境等领域都具有十分重要的意义。毛细管电泳由于其独特的优势已广泛应用于手性物质的分离。本文对2013~2015年毛细管电泳用于手性分离的最新进展进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
As the two enantiomers of chiral compounds have different chemical and physiologic properties, the enantioseparation of chiral compounds is of great significance in the fields such as medicine, biology, food and environment. Hence, the enantioseparation of different types of chiral compounds has become one of the hottest research topics in recent years. Capillary elec- trophoresis, owing to its unique advantages, has a wide application in the enantioseparation field recently. In this review, the latest research progresses in capillary electrophoresis enanti- oseparation are summarized from 2013 to 2015, and the future developments in this field is also prospected.
