随着高速公路和城市高等级公路建设的日益增多,出现了大量的浅埋隧道与公路相交的情况,隧道建设对地面道路影响问题越来越突出。通过使用数值分析软件ANSYS10.0建立隧道下穿既有高速公路的模型,研究隧道开挖对道路结构的应力及沉降变形的影响,并分析了其分布规律。研究表明隧道开挖后,隧道上方的道路结构产生了明显的纵向拉应力,当最大沉降接近3 cm时,面层和基层产生的最大拉应力接近容许拉应力,沉降和拉应力的长期存在加上车辆的反复作用增大了道路结构产生破坏的可能。注浆加固是减小沉降的常用且有效的方法。
With the express highway and urban high-grade road construction increasing,there have been a large number of the situations that shallow tunnels intersect with highways.The impact of tunnel construction on the ground roads becomes more and more outstanding.Here,a model about a tunnel piercing underneath the existing express highway is built by using the numerical analysis software ANSYS10.0 to study the stress and strain impact of tunnel excavation on the road structure,and analyze the distribution rules.The research shows that after the tunnel excavation,the road structure would generate significant vertical stress.When the biggest settlement closes to 3 cm,the maximum stress of the surface and base would close to allowed tensile stress,the long-term existence of the settlement and tensile stress as well as the vehicle would increase the possibility of road structure damage.Grouting consolidation is the commonly used and effective method to reduce the settlement.
