目的 观察APJ受体内源性配基apelin的心、脑、肾和血管等组织分布及对血压的影响,对apelin的心血管系统功能进行初步的探讨。方法 用免疫组织化学方法检测apelin的组织分布。用PowerLab生物信号采集分析系统观察大鼠动脉血压、心率和动脉压力感受性反射敏感度的变化情况。结果 apelin在心、脑、肾和血管等心血管系统有较广泛的分布;静脉注射apelin-13血压在2min内下降,并能维持5min,呈剂量依赖性,动脉压力感受性反射敏感度显著下降,但对心率无明显影响。结论 apelin在心、脑、肾和血管等组织有分布,外源性apelin发挥降血压的作用。
[Objective] To observe the expression of apelin in rats' brain, heart, kidney and blood vessel tissues and the effect of intravenous injection of apelin on the blood pressure, heart rate and baroreflex sensitivity. [Meth- ods] The expression of apehn was observed by immunochemistry assay. Intravenous injection of apelin was followed by observation of the change in rat's blood pressure, heart rate and bamreflex sensitivity by PowerI.ab bio-signal capturing system. [Results] Apelin express widely in vascular system. Apelin can lower the blood pressure signifi- candy in 2 minutes. Blood pressure came back to normal in 5 minutes. The baroretlex sensitivity decreased obvious- ly. There was no obvious change in rat's heart rate. [Conclusion] Apelin can decrease the blood pressure and the baroreflex sensitivity, but has no impact on heart rate.
