车体概念设计阶段,为了得到合理的承载结构,运用组合应变能指标函数将静态多工况刚度问题和动态工况振动频率问题统一,采用线性加权方法将多目标问题转化为单目标问题,从而避免因单目标拓扑优化而不能满足车体结构性能要求的缺点;通过对车体结构实现多目标拓扑优化,得到较为清晰的承载结构,为车体承载结构设计提供思路。
In order to get a reasonable carbody structure in the conceptual design phase,using compliance index function to solve the rigidity problem on multiple static load and the vibration frequency problem on dynamic load simultaneously,and employing linear weighted method to converse multi-objective problem to single-objective,therefore,this approach overcomes the shortcomings of single-objective optimization methods which can not meet the performance requirements of the carbody structure.A clear carbody load structure is obtained through multi-objective optimization and it can provide ideas for carbody load structure.
