目的：观察活血消银片对银屑病患者血清以及皮损中VEGF表达的影响。方法：将60例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用活血消银片治疗,对照组采用消银片治疗。结果：两组治疗前后组内比较,血浆中VEGF的含量均显著降低（P〈0.01）;但治疗后组间比较则无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：活血消银片对降低患者血浆中VEGF的含量有明显作用。

英文摘要：

Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxue Xiaoyin pills on the expression of VEGF in serum and skin lesions in patients with psoriasis.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each one.The patients in treatment group were treated with Huoxue Xiaoyin pills and in control group with Xiaoyin pills.Results： In both groups before and after treatment,the plasma VEGF levels were significantly lower（P〈0.01）;but after the treatment between the two groups the difference ic not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Huoxue Xiaoyin pills is significantly effective to reduce blood plasma levels of VEGF.
