The paper studies the relationship between the real economy and the fictitious economy.The study shows the upgrade of the functions of modern capital market.The core function include in three aspects：resource allocation,risk management and wealth growth system.From the theoretical and empirical research,we should have a conscience that the capital market still can advance the development of the real economy whether from a theoretical perspective or from an empirical perspective as the important development platform of the real economy.This also shows that the fictitious economy can counteract the real economy.
