利用水热法直接制备了B、S共掺杂改性的光催化剂TiO2-B-S。XRD表明该光催化剂为锐钛矿晶型,硫硼掺杂能抑制TiO2粒径的生长;UV-vis表明该催化剂对可见光吸收增强,吸收带边明显红移。XPS显示B、S共掺杂改性使得TiO2-B-S表面羟基氧含量提高,从而提高了催化剂活性。太阳光降解甲基橙溶液结果表明,TiO2-B-S活性明显高于单一B、S掺杂改性催化剂,共掺杂改性对提高TiO2可见光活性具有协同效应。
The B-S co-doped TiO2 catalyst was prepared by hydrothennal method. XRD indicated that TiO2-B-S catalyst was anatase, doping of B and S can restrain the growth of crystal size. The UV-vis analysis showed that the absorption of TiO2-B-S catalyst in the visible light was strengthened and the band edge was shifted to longer wavelength obviously. XPS showed that the content of the hydroxyl group on the surface of TiO2-B-S was increased, compared with that of B or S- doped TiO2, which favored the photocatalysis. Activity of the photocatalyst was evaluated by decomposing methyl orange under solar light irradiation. The results indicate that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2-B-S is higher than that of B or S- doped TiO2 catalyst, respectively. Co-doping of B and S possesses the synergistic effect.
