甘油是重要的工业原料,在国防、化工、油漆、食品、日化、医药、农药及生物制品等领域有着广泛的应用,对发酵产品产量的控制、柴油的质量控制、化妆品的保鲜性及冷冻血液处理后的可用性等具有重要的作用。本文综述了高碘酸氧化法、Cu2+比色法和酶催化反应-分光光度法等近年来测定甘油含量方法的应用进展,认为甘油测定方法的未来发展趋势是传统检测技术与新纳米材料、新检测技术的融合,应进一步提高对甘油检测的专一性、灵敏性,实现甘油含量检测的仪器化、自动化、微型化以及快速化,并借助互联网和云技术,实现对甘油含量的连续、遥控、实时与在线监测。
Glycerol is an important industrial raw material and has been broadly applied in national defense, chemical industry, paint, food, daily chemicals, pharmacy, pesticide, biological products, etc. It has an important effect on output control of fermented products, diesel quality control, cosmetics freshness and the availability of frozen blood. We survey the application advances of recent glycerol content detection methods such as malaprade oxidation, Cu2+ colorimetry, enzymatic catalysis-spectrophotometric methods. We suppose future development trend of its detection method is combination of conventional detection technologies with new nanometer materials and new detection technology, further improvement of specificity and sensitivity of its detection, instrumentation, automation, miniaturization and rapidness of its content detection, and continuous, remote, real-time and online monitoring for its content with the aid of Internet and cloud technologies.
