射线追踪法避免了对高阶偏微分波动方程的直接求解,是一种快速有效的地震波场数值模拟手段,在层析成像、叠前深度偏移及正演模拟等研究领域均占据重要地位.射线追踪方法众多,随着近些年的研究深入,许多不同于传统方法的新型算法得到了更为长足的发展.本文对其中已得到广泛应用的有限差分法、走时插值法、最短路径法以及波前构建法进行了分析,对算法的基本原理、优越性、运算精度与效率、存在的主要问题及改进方法等方面进行了讨论,分析了各算法的研究现状,并对射线追踪法的发展趋势进行了展望.
Ray tracing method avoids the direct solving of the highorder partial differential equation,it is a fast and efficient method for approximate calculation of the wave field, and occupies an important position in tomography, pre-stack depth migration,forward modeling and other research areas. With the in-depth research in recent years,a lot of new algorithms different from the traditional methods have got more significant development. In this paper,according to different characteristics of the algorithms,the methods which have been widely used such as the finite difference method,travel interpolation method,the shortest path method and algorithm principle wave-front construction method is reviewed from the following aspects: algorithm basic principle, computational efficiency and accuracy, the existing problems and improved methods, the situation and research development status. The development trend of the ray tracing method was also discussed.
