目的建立乳内动脉“Y”型桥的动物模型,使心脏的供血完全由乳内动脉提供。方法18头实验用猪随机分为3组:空白对照组(C组)、双侧乳内动脉桥组(BI-IMA组)和“Y”型乳内动脉桥组(Y—IMA组),每组6头。阻断原有的心脏冠状动脉血供,建立乳内动脉桥冠状动脉旁路移植术的动物模型,其中Y—IMA组心脏的供血完全由左侧乳内动脉提供。结果BI—IMA、Y—IMA两组乳内动脉冠状动脉旁路移植术的血流动力学指标、心肌酶谱与c组比较差异均无统计学意义,Y—IMA与BI—IMA组测得的乳内动脉桥的流量差异均无统计学意义。结论本实验建立的乳内动脉“Y”型冠状动脉旁路移植术动物模型,可以完全满足心肌血供,能克服临床研究带来的困难,是一种理想的动物模型。
Objective To establish a swine model of "Y" graft configuration with bilateral intermammary arteries. Methods Eighteen pigs were randomized into three groups: control group, in situs bilateral intermammary artery group ( BI - IMA) and Y graft configuration with bilateral intermammary artery group ( Y - IMA). The original coronary artery blood flow was blocked for construction of internmammary artery bypass model. The myocardial perfusion of the whole heart was supplied totally by left intemmammary artery in the Y - IMA group. Results There was no significant difference in hemodynanlic data and myocardial enzyme levels among the 3 groups. Conclusion Adequate coronary perfusion is observed in "Y" graft configuration with bilateral intermamarial artery model, which provides us an ideal model for experimental study.
