针对测控技术与仪器应用型人才培养需求,修改培养方案,逐步完善工程实践与应用型人才培养模式,分别从专业设置与课程体系、实践教学体系与创新课程体系等方面改革,从课内实验、课设环节、实习实训环节、技能竞赛指导等方面提出了综合应用能力培养的实施途径,形成了专业基础技能、专业常识认识、专业技能实训以及就业与专业学习引导的培养保障思路,强化工程实践能力的培养,同时以近三年的就业率给出了实施效果。
Aiming at the needs of training talented person for measurement and control technology and instrument specialty, the training scheme is modified, and the training mode of the engineering prac- tice and application talented person is gradually improved, and the professional settings and curriculum systems, practical teaching systems and innovative curriculum systems is individually reformed. The implementation way for comprehensive application ability cultivation is proposed from the in-house ex- periment, the curriculum setting, the practice training links, the skill competition guidance and so on. It also forms safeguard thinking about professional basic skills, professional knowledge, professional skills training and employment and professional learning guide, which can strengthen the cultivation of engineering practice ability. Meanwhile the effect of the implementation is given by the employment rate for nearly three years.
