选用十酸和十二酸2种脂肪酸作为相变材料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备脂肪酸/SiO2相变蓄热复合材料。分别采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、红外光谱仪(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对所制备的复合材料的相变温度、相变焓和微观结构进行了测试和表征。DSC测试结果表明,该复合材料的相变温度在室内舒适温度范围具有较高的相变潜热、相变焓和相变温度;IR分析表明,脂肪酸与SiO2之间是简单的嵌合关系;SEM表明,复合材料表面具有多孔结构,改善了相变可逆性。
The fatty acids/SiO2 composite phase change energy storage material is prepared with the eutectic mixture of capric acid and lauric acid as phase change material by sol-gel method. The properties of the composite phase change material including phase change temperature, phase change enthalpy and microstructure are determined by DSC, IR and SEM. The DSC result shows that the composite phase change material has a favorable temperature and reversible phase change. The IR result shows that fatty acids is embedded in silicon dioxide simply, furthermore, no new material is created. The SEM result shows that there are many holes on the surface of the composite phase change material, and the holes can improve the reversible phase change of the material.
