为研究波形钢腹板预弯槽形梁的一期混凝土的有效预压应力和结构的抗裂性,在试验室现场制作了2片缩尺试验梁,通过静力试验测试了试验梁的应力和变形,并采用ABAQUS有限元通用软件建立试验梁整体模型,对试验梁的受力过程和状态进行数值模拟分析.结果表明:钢梁反弹能够有效地对一期混凝土施加预压应力;试验梁一期混凝土下缘混凝土的徐变、收缩应力损失较小;开裂荷载的理论值略大于实测值,但仍具有较好的计算精度.
To study the effective precompressive stress of primary concrete and the crack resistance performance of structure of the preflex trough girder with corrugated steel webs,two scaled-down test beams were fabricated in laboratory and the stress and deformation of the beams were measured through the static load tests.The universal finite element software ABAQUS was used to build up the global models for the beams and the numerical simulation analysis for the loading process and state of the beams was carried out.The results of the tests and analysis indicate that the rebounding of the corrugated steel web beams can effectively apply the precompressive stress to the primary concrete and the prestress loss due to the creep and shrinkage of the lower flange concrete of the primary concrete of the test beams is little.Though the theoretic values of the cracking load are slightly greater than the measured values,the theoretic values still have good calculation precision.
