在整理文夜蛾亚科标本时,发现小文夜蛾属中国1新记录种：黑条小文夜蛾（Neustrotia albicincta（Hampson,1898））。对标本材料的外部形态和外生殖器特征做了描述,同时列出其世界性分布以及中国小文夜蛾属分种检索表。

英文摘要：

Neustrotia albicincta（Hampson,1898）,is firstly reported from China.The adult and genitalia characteristics of the species are depicted in this paper.The distribution range and key to the species of Neustrotia in China are also presented.
