以氢氧化钠、二硫化碳和硫酸镁作为改性剂,采用静态浸渍法制备了富含羟基和硫羰基等功能基团的糠醛渣吸附剂。采用批量法研究该吸附剂对水中镉的吸附性能。考察p H值、温度、振荡时间和Cd2+的初始浓度等因素对吸附的影响。初步探讨吸附机理。结果表明,在碱性条件下,利用二硫化碳和硫酸镁对糠醛渣改性,在糠醛渣上成功引入了羟基和硫羰基,得到了改性糠醛渣吸附剂。室温下,在p H为4~6的介质中,改性糠醛渣对水中镉的吸附量达到19.8mg/g。吸附行为符合Freund Lich吸附等温模型和HO准二级动力学方程式。
Using sodium hydroxide,carbon disulfide and magnesium sulfate as modifier,furfural residue sorbent which was rich in hydroxyl and carbonyl groups and other functional groups were prepared with static immersion method. The adsorption property of the adsorbent for cadmium in water was studied by batch method. The effects of factors such as p H values of medium,temperature,oscillation time and initial concentration of Cd2 +on the adsorption were investigated. The adsorption mechanism was preliminary discussed. The results show ed that furfural residue was successfully added to the hydroxyl and carbonyl sulfur and under alkaline conditions by the modification of carbon disulfide and magnesium sulfate for furfural residue,and the modified furfural residue adsorbent was gained. At room temperature,the adsorption capacity of the modified furfural residue for the cadmium in water reached 19. 8 mg / g in the medium of the p H range of 4 ~ 6. The adsorption behavior was almost equal to Freundlich adsorbing isotherm model and HO pseudo-second-order kinetic equation.
