周围性面瘫是临床常见疾病,其并发症和后遗症治疗不及时时常发生,现有的手术和非手术治疗均不是根治性治疗方法。合适的电流刺激对于面神经损伤的修复和再生有一定的价值。随着生物材料相容性的发展,神经假体广泛应用和可植入式器件替代治疗成为新的治疗手段。因此,应用微机电系统技术制备的可植入神经假体治疗周围性神经损伤疾病在动物研究和临床工作得到进一步的深入。
Peripheral facial paralysis is a clinical disease,with complication and sequela seen in case of untimely treatment,while the current operation and non-operation treatments are not direct and effective methods.With regard to repair and regeneration of facial nerve,suitable electrical current is of a certain value.Along with the development of biomaterial compatibility,the wide application of nerve prosthesis and embedding device have become new treatment.Therefore,embedding nerve prosthesis prepared by micro electronic mechanical system(MEMS)technique as treatment for peripheral nerve damage has been dug deeper in animal and clinical study.
