员工参与实质上是基于互惠的交换,对员工积极性和工作努力的提升大有裨益。本研究基于AMO理论,从员工参与能力(信息分享、培训)、员工参与动机(激励、价值观引导)、员工参与机会(参与渠道、参与氛围、信任)三方面构建了员工参与的框架,并分析不同层次员工参与水平在以上三个方面的差异,希望对组织内员工参与系统构建有一定的借鉴意义。
Employee involvement is in fact an exchange based on reciprocity, which is greatly helpful to employee enthusiasm and hard-working. Based on the theory of AMO, We construct the framework of employee involvement from three aspects: the ability to participate (information sharing/training) .the motivation to participate (encouragement/ value guidance) the opportunity to participate (participating channel/participating atmosphere/trust). And the analysis about the differences of different levels of employee involvement is an important issue. We hope our framework of employee involvement can benefit for management practice.
