With the method of RMP,the paper analyses the sports tourism competition of GUAN Yu Cultural Festival from the perspectives of tourist resources,market and product.The paper proposes the concept of integration of GUAN Yu tourism festival and RMP model and designs the plan framework of GUAN Yu tourism festival and proposes the GUAN Yu cultural tourism product exploration concept.
