本文在统计数据缺乏的情况下,运用媒体研究的内容分析法,探讨中国节事活动的特点及其产业化问题,为节事研究提供一个新的分析视角。文章选取2006年11月~2008年6月期间连续的关于中国节事的中文网页,并补充有关节事的最新数据资料为研究文本,用内容分析方法,从中提取2,276个节事活动作为研究对象,通过SPSS数据包进行统计分析,从数量、行业、主题、性质、规模和节期等方面,对中国各省(市、自治区)主要节事的特征及产业化问题进行研究。研究结论表明,目前我国节事活动呈现出明显的阶段性特征,节事活动已经和旅游业以及经济发展建立了较为密切的关系,但是节事活动的产业化仍然处于初级阶段。
As for the lack of official statistical data, the paper provides a new analytical perspective by using Content Analysis Method (CAM) which is usually used for media research to explore the characteristics and industrialization of Chinese Festivals ~ Special Events (FSEs). 2,276 FSEs are extracted from Chinese related WebPages as research objects and a SPSS data-base is built for statisti- cal analysis. The findings show that Chinese FSEs show a clear periodic characteristic, a relatively close relationship among FSEs and tourism industry and economic development has established, but the FSE's industrialization is still at the initial stage.
