蓄电池组作为直流电源,在电力、交通运输、通讯等领域应用广泛,因此对蓄电池的状态进行监测有着重要的实际意义。设计了采用CANopen协议的蓄电池状态监测模块,实现了对蓄电池组中每块蓄电池的电压、电流、温度和剩余电量等参数进行测量的硬件电路,并介绍了采用CANopen协议的程序流程,有效解决了串联蓄电池组中单体电压的测量问题,提高了蓄电池组的供电可靠性。同时CANopen协议使得该模块可以方便地加入到分布式CAN控制网络中,在电动汽车控制系统和变电站监控系统中有着广泛的应用前景。
Storage battery acted as DC power source has widely used for power system, transportation and communication areas. So it has much practical importance to monitor status of storage battery. A scheme of monitoring module is introduced that gauge every battery voltage, current, temperature and State of Charge(SOC). The measuring circuit effectively solved problems of gauge voltage of single battery in a series battery. And software flow chart is discussed here that accomplishing CANopen profile, which has much application prospects and made it easy to be applied in distributed control networks such as battery car control system or substation monitoring and control system.
