The reactive PUA was used as the matrices to prepare PDLC films with various liq- uid crystal contents and different concentrations of initiator by UV polymerization induced phase separation. The influence of concentrations of initiator and liquid crystal contents on the morphology and electro-optical property of PDLC films was studied through modified ultraviolet spectroscopy and digital microscope. It indicated that with the increase of the liq- uid crystal contents, the diameter of the liquid crystal droplets increased and the electro-opti- cal property of PDLC films get better obviously and with the increase of the concentrations of initiator, the size of the liquid crystal droplets became smaller and Ton increased.
