In the modern testability diagnostic models, it is realized that the functions and fault models can be modeled in one dependency model with the Hybrid Diagnostic model, which has more advantages than others. By studying the diagnostic analysis software of eXpress, the process of hybrid diagnostic modeling, the test type, the application of the dependency model and the process of the diagnostic strategy were investigated. In the end, the filter circuit was modeled to be analyzed. It is validated that the Hybrid Diagnostic Modeling and it＇ test options are effective.
