The phase diagram of binary metallic nanoparticles has been studied by considering the size and shape effects on the melting temperature and melting enthalpy. It is found that the phase diagram of binary metallic nanoparticles depends on the particle size and shape. The calculated results on Cr-Mo system show that both the solidus and the liquidus of the phase diagram of nanoparticles are lower than that of the corresponding bulk alloy, and their variation amplitude are similar, which is different from the reported result, due to considering the melting enthaly.
