采用水热法制备得到了核壳结构的α-Fe2O3,并研究了反应温度对产物形貌和结构的影响。使用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对样品进行了表征,发现反应温度对产物的最终形貌起到决定性作用。气敏性能研究结果表明样品对甲醛和乙醇的选择性良好;响应/恢复时间短;响应灵敏度高,在100×10^-6乙醇气氛下核壳结构体的响应值约为体材料的6倍。
Core-shellα-Fe2O3 was synthesized by a hydrothermal method.We investigated Influence of hydrothermal temperature on morphology and structure of the product.The samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results showed that hydrothermal temperature played a critical role in morphology of the samples.Coreshellα-Fe2O3 showed good selectivity,rapid responding and recovering,and high sensitivities toward formaldehyde and ethanol.The response value of core-shellα-Fe2O3 to 100×10^-6 ethanol was about 6times higher than that of the block.
