目的研究白芍水提取液对模拟妇女围绝经期的去卵巢大鼠体重增加的抑制作用、降血脂作用及提高机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法成年SD大鼠切除双侧卵巢后，自然饮用白芍水提取液，观察白芍水提取液对其体重、摄食量的影响。第55天末取血测血清雌二醇（E2）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、总抗氧化能力和丙二醛（MDA）含量。结果卵巢切除后大鼠体重、摄食量、TC、TG、MDA较假手术组显著增加（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。饮用白芍水提取液后，与去卵巢组大鼠比较，体重、摄食量增加受到抑制，TG和MDA水平显著下降（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论白芍水提取液可以抑制去卵巢大鼠肥胖，改善脂代谢紊乱、清除体内过多自由基以提高机体抗氧化能力。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the effect of peony alba water extract on inhibiting weight gain, decreasing serum lipid and increasing antioxidant ability of ovariectomized rats to imitate peri menopausal female. Methods After bilateral ovaries resected, adult SD rats were feed peony alba water extract and the change of body weight and food intake were observed. The serum estradiol, triglyceride （TG） , total cholesterol （ TC）, total antioxidant ability and malonaldehyde （MDA） were detected on the 55th day. Results After ovary rcsected, the rats＇ body weight, food intake, TC, TG and MDA were increased （ all P 〈0. 01 ）. Compared with ovariectomized rats, the rats＇ body weight and food intake were all inhibited and the levels of TG （ P 〈 0. 01） and MDA （ P 〈 0. 05 ） declined after feed with peony alba water. Conclusions Peony alba water extract can suppress obesity, improve lipid metabolic disturbance and increase antioxidant ability by eliminating the excessive free radical.
