Xiaofei WANG was born in Hebei province in 1978. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Wuhan University of Technology in 2001 and 2004, respectively. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). His research interests are ship control, nonlinear control, and predictive control. E-mail: wxfwind@163.com. Zaojian ZOU was born in Jiangxi province in 1956. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Wuhan University of Technology in 1982 and 1984, respectively, and the Dr.-Ing. degree from Hamburg University, Germany in 1994. He is a professor of SJTU.
