以环四单体和封端剂为原料,通过开环聚合的方法合成制备了具有不同分子结构的乙烯基硅油,并与含氢硅油通过硅氢加成反应得到了一系列硅橡胶,研究了其力学性能和透光性能。结果表明,封端剂和环四单体的含量与种类对乙烯基硅油的黏度有较大影响,组分配比相同时,含乙烯基的封端剂与环体均生成黏度较小的硅油。端基含乙烯基而分子链内不含乙烯基的硅油与含氢硅油固化后的力学性能最好,且黏度越大,力学性能越好。硅油固化后的样条在光波波长大于400nm时透光率大于90%,可望用于大功率LED的封装。
The vinyl silicone oil of different molecular structures were prepared via the ring-opening polymerization based on the monomers of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4),vinyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4Vi),hexa-methyldisiloxane and tetra-methyl-divinyl-disiloxane.The silicone rubber was synthesized by the hydrosilylation addition reaction in the presence of palladium catalysts,vinyl silicone oils as well as the hydrosilicone oils.The resulting mechanical properties,in addition to the transparency was studied,showing that the viscosity of the vinylsilicone oils was influenced by the blocking agent and silicone monomers.The silicone oils of low viscosity were obtained in the presence of blocking agent and D4Vi monomers containing vinyl groups.The absence of vinyl groups in the main chains of the silicone oils,in addition to the existence of vinyl groups in the both sides of the chains facilitated the formation of silicone oils with good performance of mechanical properties.The cured silicone samples exhibited transmittance higher than 90% as the wavelength was above 400 nm,which may find application in the packaging of LED.
