对安徽省城镇既有建筑外门外窗的节能现状进行了随机调查,分析了既有建筑外门外窗的热工环境及其对室内环境的影响。研究认为,外门外窗对建筑节能贡献最大,应是既有建筑节能改造、改善室内环境的重点;提出安徽省既有建筑外门外窗的节能改造须从外门外窗型的确定、框扇型材的选择、节能玻璃的选择、玻璃周边的密封及隔声等多方面入手,才能达到较好的节能效果,同时改善城镇既有建筑的室内环境。

英文摘要：

Randomly,the current situation about energy efficiency of exterior doors and windows for existing buildings of cities and towns in Anhui is investigated;The thermal environment and their influences on indoor environment are analyzed.The obtained results indicate that the exterior doors and windows make the greatest contribution to energy efficiency in buildings,and should be the key to energy-saving modi-fication and improving indoor environment quality of existing buildings.The main strategies of energy-saving modification,including deciding shape of the exterior doors and windows,choosing window materials,evaluating energy-saving glass and airproofing and sounding insulation edge of glass,are developed.
