通过三维软件Pro/E创建了掘进机工作机构截割减速器的参数化实体模型,利用ADAMS中的接口技术实现了减速器的虚拟样机的构建,提高了设计效率,而且所设计的减速器既满足传动比和结构强度要求,又具有体积小、重量轻和结构紧凑的特点,有利于改善掘进机的工作性能。
The paper establishes the parameterized solid mode/for cutting gearbox of roadheader with 3D software Pro/E, and constructs the virtual prototype of gearbox with interface technique of ADAMS. As a result, the design efficiency improves. The designed gearbox not only satisfies the transmission ratio and structural strength, but also has the advantages of small volume, light weight and compact structure, which is helpful to improve the performance of roadheader.
