利用2000-2013年中国大陆30个省区的面板数据,采用空间计量分析方法,实证考察了研发要素区际流动对创新效率的影响。研究发现,R&D资本的区际流动能够显著促进创新效率的提升,而R&D人员的区际流动对创新效率的影响并不明显;金融环境的改善有利于发挥R&D资本区际流动的效率提升效应,而随着中国交通基础设施建设的不断完善,交通基础设施已经不再是影响R&D人员区际流动的重要因素。
Based on the data of Chinese 30 provinces during 2000-2013, the paper uses the method of spatial econometric analysis to observe the influence of R&D elements' interregional flow on innovation efficiency. The research indicates that the regional mobility of R&D capital can promote the increase of innovation efficiency obviously, but the regional mobility of R&D labors has on impact on innovation efficiency. The improvement of financial environment is helpful for maximization of the interregional flow of R&D capital, and with the development of transportation infrastructure in China, it is on longer an important element that can influence the regional mobility of R&D labors.
