以中空玻璃为封装容器,在其中注入相变材料CaCl2·6H2O,制作了相变玻璃窗,并通过与普通中空玻璃窗的对比实验测试,证实其调温能力要高出3-4℃,这对于提高夏季室内热环境质量,延迟空调的使用,实现建筑节能具有重要的意义。同时,建立了相变玻璃窗调温理论模型,结合计算机模拟分析,从理论上分析了CaCl2·6H2O的动态调温过程,并通过实测值与模拟值的对比分析,证实了该理论模型的合理性。
The phase change material of CaCl2·6H2O filled in glass window may be suitable for absorbing or releasing a large amount of heat. Compares with the common double glasses, the capability of temperature conditioning of PCM glass window is larger 3-4℃, which can improve the human thermal comfort and reduce the use of air conditioning unit. The math model of phase change material is established, using the computer simulation and the dynamic process of phase change is analyzed in theory. The math model is validated through the comparison between measuring and simulating data.
