基于粮食主产区农户调查数据,运用DEA-Tobit模型研究了农村劳动力老龄化以及其他环境变量对农业生产技术效率的影响。结果表明：劳动力老龄化对样本农户综合技术效率、规模效率具有显著的负向作用,对纯技术效率却具有显著的正向作用;在其他环境变量中,受教育程度、是否租入土地、是否拥有农用机械、地形条件、道路设施状况均对样本农户的农业生产技术效率产生了不同程度的正向作用,而工作经验、是否存在兼业、气候条件以及贷款难易程度则带来负向影响。
英文摘要：
Based on the survey data in the major grain producing areas, this paper used the method of DEA-tobit to study the impact of the labor force aging and other environmental variables on farmers＇ production efficiency. The result shows that the aging of labor force has a significant negative effect on farmers＇ technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and has a positive effect on their pure technical efficiency. Additionally, level of education, renting land, utilizing agricuhural machines, terrain and road conditions have positive influences on farmers＇ production efficiency, but the variables of work experience, part-time behavior, weather conditions and the difficulty of loan have negative impacts.
