随着支架现浇技术的推广,钢管柱-贝雷梁支架得到普遍应用,而目前对于贝雷梁的合理运用和检算方法却缺少比较全面的理论研究。本文基于某城市互通立交桥工程实例,系统地提出了钢管柱-贝雷梁支架体系的施工工艺和检算方法,并总结出既经济又普遍适用的贝雷梁布置方案,以期为今后类似工程的设计及施工提供经验指导和理论依据,同时方便钢管柱-贝雷梁支架法施工高效、有序进行。
With the promotion of cast-in-situ concrete technology using support system,the steel tube column-Bailey beam supporting system is applied widely.But there is a lack of theoretical study systematically on reasonable application and calculation of Bailey beam.In this paper,an overpass project using steel tube column-Bailey beam support system was case-studied.The construction technology and calculation were proposed systematically.An universal and economic layout program was presented and it may be widely used for other projects as guideline to promote construction efficiency.
