研究水库群水质水量优化调度。根据水库群水质水量调度特点,建立多目标优化调度模型。针对水库群水质水量优化调度模型求解的复杂问题,提出了利用部分非可行解域来对模型进行分步优化的改进遗传算法,并探讨了主要参数对优化结果的影响。该算法成功应用于洪汝河流域的水质水量优化调度中。与传统遗传算法比较表明:改进算法的调度结果更优,计算效率及收敛性能更高,在水库群水质水量优化调度中具有高效性和实用性。
Based on the dispatching characteristics of reservoir group, a multi-objective optimal scheduling model is established. In view of the complexity of the solution of optimal operation model considering both water quantity and quality for reservoir groups, an improved genetic algorithm (IGA) is proposed, which makes use of part of the non-feasible solution domain to achieve step-by-step optimization. The influence of the main parameters on the optimization results is also discussed in this paper. The proposed IGA is successfully applied to the joint optimal operation of water quantity and quality in the area of Hongru River Basin. The calculated results and a comparison with Traditional Genetic Algorithm show that the proposed IGA is better in optimal operation results, computational efficiency and convergence. It is of high efficiency and accuracy in solving the problem of optimal operation of reservoir group with the consideration of water quantity and quality.
