从预防、准备、响应和恢复4个阶段，分析、研究了煤矿应急救援能力影响因素之间的关系。结合实例，应用结构方程模型方法，对构建的煤矿应急救援能力影响因素之间的关系进行研究，结果表明各个因素对煤矿企业应急救援能力的影响方式以及程度大小不同。在此基础上，提出了增强煤矿应急救援能力的对策措施。研究对煤矿企业应急救援能力体系建设具有重要的理论指导意义。

英文摘要：

This article has analyzed the relationship among influential factors for emergency capability of coal mine from four stages, namely prevention, preparation, response and recovery. Combined with examples and by using structural equation model method, the authors have studied the relationship between the influential factors of the emergency rescue capability ; the result has shown that various factors have different influential ways and influential degree on the emergency rescue-of the coal mine. Based on this point, this article has put forward the measures of enhancing the coal mine＇ s emergency rescue capability. The research is of great theoretical significance for boosting coal mine enterprises＇ emergency rescue capability.
