重力热管具有结构简单、制造方便、运行可靠且传热效率高等特点。本文介绍了重力热管的工作原理及发展历程,从热管的操作条件、结构优化、高效工质流体选取3方面对重力热管强化传热的研究进展进行了综述;归纳总结了充液率、倾角的选取,内插件形式及纳米流体对重力热管传热性能的影响;同时,建议应综合考虑影响重力热管传热性能的多种因素,以便使其换热性能有更大提升。
The gravity heat pipe has the advantages of excellent heat transfer performances,simple structure,easy manufacturing and reliable operation.In this paper,the working principle and development process of the gravity heat pipe was introduced and the research progress of heat transfer enhancement of the gravity heat pipe was summarized,from the aspects of operating conditions,structure optimization and efficient working medium fluid selection.The effects of filling ratio,angle selection,plug-in form and nanofluids on heat transfer performance of the gravity heat pipe were summed up.Moreover,suggestion that multiple factors affecting heat transfer performance of the gravity heat pipe should be considered comprehensively was proposed.
