为增大调谐液体阻尼器的减振效果,文章提出了内置挡板调谐液体阻尼器,推导了该新型调谐液体阻尼器的基本运动方程,分析了挡板的耗能减振作用以及该新型阻尼器对结构的附加阻尼比.采用Matlab语言编制了内置挡板调谐液体阻尼器的动力分析计算机仿真程序,对某26层典型算例进行了脉动风激励下的结构动力时程仿真分析,并与普通调谐液体阻尼器进行了对比分析.仿真结果表明,文章提出的内置挡板调谐液体阻尼器比普通调谐液体阻尼器的减振效果有明显改善.
This paper proposes a new tuned liquid damper device, namely, TLD with embedded baffles (TLDEB) , which can achieve a higher additional damping level. Equation of motion of TLDEB is formulated. The influence of baffles in TLD is investigated theoretically and the offered additional equivalent damping ratio of TLDEB is derived herein. A dynamic analysis program of structure-TLDEB system is coded using MATLAB. A 26-story frame structure subjected to random wind excitation is employed as a numerical example, in order to demonstrate' the control effectiveness of the proposed TLDEB and its advantage over traditional TLD. Numerical simulation is conducted, and results indicate that embedded baffle is capable of improving the energy-dissipation performance of TLD significantly. The proposed TLDEB can achieve much better performance than the common TLD.
