以模块化设计思想和圆柱螺旋弹簧参数化设计理论为指导,采用可视化的、面向对象的编程软件VB为开发工具,通过SolidWorks提供的API接口进行二次开发,建立了铁路车辆变刚度圆柱螺旋弹簧组参数化设计系统.依据弹簧设计需求,在对弹簧组进行载荷分配并确定各弹簧参数后,完成了弹簧计算机程序化设计,实现了弹簧的结构尺寸设计、强度校核、疲劳寿命估算、疲劳试验方案设计、挠力图生成、参数化三维造型与工程图自动生成等功能.弹簧组设计系统为后续的弹簧参数化设计提供了重要参数,提高了设计质量和自动化程度.
Leading by the thinking of module design and the parametric design theory of cylindrical helical spring,using visible and object-oriented programming software VB as development tool,the parametric design system of alter-rigidity spring assembly in railway vehicles has been established by SolidWorks secondary development with its API interface.According to the spring design demand,the system achieves the spring computer program design when the spring assembly load is distributed and the spring parameter is determined.It also realizes various functions consist of structure size design,strength checking,fatigue life estimation,design of fatigue test program,generation of flexibility-force drawing,parametric three-dimensional modeling and automatic generation of drawing.Spring assembly design system provides important parameters for later spring parametric design and improves the design quality and the level of automation.
