以柿竹园铅锌矿为原料,煅烧除硫后进行酸洗,实现了铅锌与其它物质的分离。通过加入1mol/LNaOH来控制pH=5.0和pH=7.5,分别得到铁和锌的氢氧化物,高温煅烧后,得到其氧化物。利用SEM和X-射线能谱分析及XRD相分析,相应地对制备的溶液和滤渣进行了表征,研究了焙烧物料的数量、焙烧温度和时间、用于酸洗的硝酸浓度等对产物的纯度和回收率的影响。本试验通过控制适宜的工艺条件,使铁和锌的酸性浸出率分别达到85.9%和98.8%,实现了资源的综合利用。
Plumbum and zinc were separated from other materials through calcinations, acid washing to plumbum and zinc tailings from Shi-Zhu-Yuan.1mol/LNaOH were poured into the solution in order to deposit ferric and zinc ion at the pH value of S.0 and 7.5, and ferric and zinc oxidation were obtained after calcinations. The filter residue and solution were characterized by SEM, EDAX and XRD methods so as to explore the influence of material quantity, roasting temperatures and times and nitric acid concentration on production purity and recovery. The results indicated that an optimal leaching rate of iron and zinc, of 85.9% and 98.8%, were achieved, respectively. Therefore, comprehensive utilization of resource can be realized.
