Aryl hydrocarbon receptor（Ah R） is an important protein which was found in the study of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon substances, and recent studies show that it is closely related to the estrogen-dependent diseases. To reveal the relationship between the aryl hydrocarbon receptor and estrogen-dependent diseases,and further more to know the mechanism of the action,through literature retrieval,the relationship and the mechanism of receptor aromatic hydrocarbons with a variety of estrogen-dependent diseases were systemically introduced in this paper so as to provide an important reference for the researches in the future.
