Big data has become a hot topic in academia. The paper introduces how better to collect and store large data, how to change the management of the data so that it can better service to enterprises in the era of big data, social and scientific research, and so on. Discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the current data collection and storage mode, analyze the problem existing big data mining and analysis, and it will lay the foundation for further research on biological storage methods for big data.
