目前，大学生的创新实践越等活动越来越受到高校及学生到重视。然而，高校创新实践活动普遍受到经费、教师配备等问题限制，难以在学生中得到普及。本文提出利用合理利用学校资源组建大学生创新团队，让创新实践活动在大学生中普及开来，达到培养优秀学生的目的。

The innovation practice of college students pay more and more attention to colleges and students.How- ever,it is very difficult to universal because of limited by problems such as funds,teachers and so on.This paper propose the way that the rational use of school resources create a college students innovation team and let the innovation prac- tice activity were popular among college students in order to cultivate the outstanding students.
