产业结构与就业结构、教育水平联动关系研究,对于寻找缓解“就业难”以及“用工荒”问题的有效途径具有一定意义。利用VAR估计、Granger因果检验、中介效应等分析法,对我国1996—2012年间的教育水平、就业结构与产业结构间联动关系的实证研究表明:在短期内,产业结构的调整对就业结构演变和教育水平的提升起决定作用;就业结构和教育发展水平之间存在双向的Granger因果关系;就业结构在产业结构和教育水平之间起部分中介作用。
The study of the relationships among the three variables,i.e.,education level,employment structure and industrial structure, is important for finding approaches to relieving employment pressure and labor shortage. To make empirical analysis on the mutual relations of the three variables, this paper applies vector autoregression test, Granger causality test and mediating effects method based on the statistical data during years from 1996 to 2012. Following results are obtained. Firstly ,the change of industrial structure plays an important and decisive role in evolvement of employment structure and improvement of education level. The industrial structure accounts 50% for the change of employment structure and 73% for the change of education level. Secondly,there is a two-way Granger causality between employment structure and education level. Thirdly, the employment structure can partly mediate the relationship between industrial structure and education level.
