可拆卸设计中,拆卸分析模型是产品可拆卸性分析的基础,而设计变更常常造成拆卸分析模型重建。为实现拆卸分析模型的快速变更映射,提出产品可拆卸结构单元图谱构建与演化方法。产品零件间的联接结构型式多样,根据可拆卸特征提取出典型的可拆卸结构单元。应用图论思想构建可拆卸结构单元模型以描述结构单元中组件的装配约束及拆卸优先级。对典型可拆卸结构单元的联接类型、组成和拆卸工具等进行分类编码,约简单元模型,形成典型可拆卸结构单元图谱。在此基础上,提出继承、组合、派生三种图谱演化方法,使典型可拆卸结构单元图谱在设计过程中不断得到动态更新。以一个鱼缸增氧泵的设计实例说明可拆卸结构单元图谱在可拆卸设计中应用情况,验证所提出方法的可行性。
The disassembly analysis graph model(DAGM) is prerequisite for product disassembliability analysis.When design changes happen,the product's DAGM has to be reconstructed.To realize the rapid reconstruction of DAGM,method of reconstruction and evolution for product disassemblable structure unit map(DSUM) is presented.There are so many kinds of connection structures that the typical connection structure is extracted from the complex mechanical products by disassembliability features to form a disassemblable structure unit(DSU).Based on the graph theory,the disassemblable structure unit graph(DSUG) is built to describe the mating contact and priority relationships among constituting components of the DSU.Furthermore,classifying and coding of connection type,composition and disassembly tool for the DSU is performed to simplify the DSUG and thus to form the DSUM.In addition,DSUM evolution methods such as inheriting,combining and deriving operation are proposed to update the DSUM during the design process.Finally,a case study on the air compressor is used to verify the feasibility of the method.
