分析了小样品在过冷液氮中快速冷却的特点,分别采用经典的抛物型热传导方程、C-V模型和DPL模型来描述其传热过程,采用有限差分法对生物小样品在过冷液氮中的动态传热过程进行了数值求解。结果表明,非傅立叶模型较傅立叶模型有一定的时间延迟,但DPL模型与C-V模型差别不大,样品在冷却过程中,温度在70 ms时降至-200℃以下,提高弹射初始速度和增加液氮过冷度有利于提高冷却速率。
The characteristics of ultra-rapid cooling for the small biological sample in the sub-cooled liquid nitrogen and the process of transient heat transfer were analyzed using Fourier model,C-V model and the duel phase lag model,respectively.The temperature field in the small biological sample was investigated numerically.The results indicated that there is a time delay between Fourier model and non Fourier models.The sample reached-200 ℃ in 70 ms.The cooling rate increased significantly with the increase of sub-cooling or the quenching speeds.
